About Pathfinders Empowerment Hub

Empowering South African youth to become leaders, innovators, and changemakers.

Our Story

Pathfinders Empowerment Hub was founded with a clear vision: to bridge the gap between potential and success for South African youth. We recognized that many talented young people lack the guidance, skills, and opportunities needed to fully realize their capabilities.

Our initiative specifically targets Grade 11-12 learners and first-year university students, equipping them with the tools, skills, and networks they need to thrive in a rapidly changing world.

Started by passionate educators and community leaders in KwaZulu-Natal, Pathfinders has grown from a small mentorship program in Durban to an expanding youth development initiative.

Our Mission

To empower South African youth with practical skills, values-based leadership, and entrepreneurial mindsets that prepare them for success in education, career, and community service.
